We provide regular annual formal training, but there’s more to development than formal training: our strongest asset is our culture, where lawyers engage in daily discussions of their cases and the law. While our APDs handle their own caseloads with a good deal of autonomy, we aim to provide the learning experiences and environment necessary for them to do so in a highly competent and professional manner.
